AeroFrohne is expanding its licensed land surveyor partner network in Chihuahua, Chihuahua to support boundary/ALTA deliverables, topographic survey documentation, site verification, platting support, and program execution. Licensed surveyors in the Chihuahua, CDMX market are invited to apply.
Role Description
This is an independent contractor based Licensed Land Surveyor role for Chihuahua, Chihuahua, supporting AeroFrohne projects. Responsibilities include boundary and retracement survey support, ALTA/NSPS land title survey coordination, topographic survey documentation, platting support, site verification, and deliverables aligned with client requirements. Strong communication, schedule discipline, quality control, and the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and field capture teams are required. Active Chihuahua licensure is required; multi-state licensure is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support surveying documentation and client deliverables aligned with project requirements.
- Coordinate with AEC and field teams to validate site conditions and resolve constraints.
- Maintain schedule discipline, professional communication, and quality control.
- Boundary & retracement surveys.
- ALTA/NSPS land title surveys.
- Topographic surveys.
- Platting.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Surveyor credential in Chihuahua.
- Located in or able to support projects in the Chihuahua, CDMX market.
- Willing to support projects nationwide (remote first; occasional travel may be required).
- Criminal background investigation required.
