01 / SCOPELumen Reef Pinball privacy policy

AeroFrohne provides Lumen Reef Pinball for Android (package com.aerofrohne.lumenreefpinball). This policy describes the current app’s handling of information and related support. The game does not create a separate AeroFrohne player account, include advertising or advertising analytics, or provide social chat or an online leaderboard.

We do not sell personal information or use game information for targeted advertising.

02 / ON YOUR DEVICEYour table, your local progress

The app stores your best score and game preferences, including sound and language choices, in its private storage on your device. The language selector can read your device locale to choose a bundled translation. Translation happens locally, without sending game text to an online translation service.

These scores and preferences are not sent to an AeroFrohne game server. The current app does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, photos, or advertising ID. Internet access is used for Google Play purchase functionality.

03 / GOOGLE PLAY BILLINGSubscriptions and purchase verification

Google Play processes subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, and payment details under Google’s own terms and privacy policy. The game does not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details.

The app receives subscription information from Google Play, including the product identifier, purchase token, purchase state, acknowledgment state, and signed purchase record. It uses this information to verify entitlement, acknowledge purchases, restore access, and open subscription management. The current app verifies the signed record on your device and queries Google Play; it does not send the record to an AeroFrohne verification server or save a permanent local subscription-unlock flag.

Google may process account, device, transaction, and diagnostic information to provide and secure its services. AeroFrohne can access the transaction and financial reports Google makes available to developers for purchase support, accounting, and fraud prevention. Google’s services and retention practices are separate from local game storage.

04 / SUPPORT & REPORTSWhen you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide, such as an issue description, device details, screenshot, or order reference. We use it to answer your request and troubleshoot the app. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive information.

The app does not contain a separate AeroFrohne analytics or crash-reporting SDK. Google Play or Android may provide platform-managed performance, crash, or installation reports according to their services and your settings. We may use available reports to diagnose problems and improve reliability.

05 / SHARING & SECURITYLimited uses and access

Information handled outside your device may be processed by Google and by service providers that deliver our email and website, as needed to operate those services. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. We do not share local gameplay scores with advertisers or data brokers.

We use the app’s private Android storage and Google Play’s billing interface for their respective functions. Access to support and developer records is limited to operating and supporting the service. No method of storage or transmission is entirely risk-free.

06 / RETENTION & CHOICESControl your information

• Local game data: retained on your device until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall it. This resets locally stored scores and preferences. The current Android build disables app backup.
• Subscriptions: clearing storage or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel it through Google Play subscriptions. Google retains its own transaction records under its policies.
• Support and business records: retained as needed to resolve requests, maintain necessary accounting records, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of information AeroFrohne holds about you by contacting us below. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, obtain a copy of your information, or complain to your data-protection authority. We may need to verify a request and retain records required by law. We cannot delete records controlled by Google on your behalf.

07 / ADULT AUDIENCEIntended for players 18 and older

Lumen Reef Pinball is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek children’s personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to AeroFrohne, contact us so we can investigate and address the request.

08 / THIS WEBSITEReading this policy

This policy page has no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, embedded third-party media, cookies set by page code, or external font requests. Our web host still receives ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser information, and access time, to deliver and secure the page. Following a link takes you to the linked service’s own privacy practices. Other AeroFrohne website pages are covered by the website privacy policy.
