Google Play Apps and Games

App privacy information updated September 7, 2026. AeroFrohne develops and publishes apps and games for Google Play. This section covers our developer services, app support, and related store interactions. Each app's linked privacy policy describes its own features and data practices; website usage data described above does not mean that every app collects the same data.

Google Play and Support Information

Google operates Google Play and handles Google accounts, downloads, purchases, and payment processing under the Google Privacy Policy. AeroFrohne does not receive your full payment-card details from Google Play. Google may make order and refund information, public reviews, and app quality reports available to us through its developer services. We use information made available to us to administer purchases and refunds, respond to feedback, diagnose problems, and improve our apps.

If you contact us for app support or a privacy request, we receive your email address and any message, device details, or attachments you choose to provide. We use these details to respond, investigate the issue, and manage the request. Our email and hosting service providers may process this information on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell or rent app users' personal information.

App Data, Permissions, and Security

An app's privacy policy and Google Play Data safety listing describe the data handled by that app, including any integrated third-party services. Where a feature requires access to personal or sensitive device data, its purpose must be disclosed and any required permission or consent obtained before access. We use safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including encrypted web connections and access controls for developer and support services. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Retention and Deletion

We retain support correspondence and developer-service records only as long as needed to resolve requests, administer transactions, maintain security, and meet applicable legal obligations. We then delete or anonymize records we no longer need. Google controls retention of information it holds under its own policies.

To request access, correction, or deletion of app-related personal information held by AeroFrohne, email info@aerofrohne.com and identify the app and your request. We may need to verify your identity and explain any information we must retain.
