AeroFrohne is expanding its licensed land surveyor partner network in Lake Havasu City, Arizona to support hybrid field and documentation work across the Lake Havasu City, AZ market and nearby Arizona project sites. Licensed surveyors in the Lake Havasu City, AZ market are invited to apply.
Role Description
This is an independent contractor Licensed Land Surveyor role for Lake Havasu City, Arizona, supporting AeroFrohne projects through a hybrid mix of Lake Havasu City area field coordination and remote documentation. Responsibilities include boundary and retracement survey support, ALTA/NSPS land title survey coordination, topographic survey documentation, platting support, site verification, and deliverables for commercial, residential, civic, campus adjacent, and infrastructure oriented projects in the Lake Havasu City, AZ market and nearby Arizona sites. Strong communication, schedule discipline, quality control, and the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and field capture teams are required. Active Arizona registration and successful completion of the Arizona state specific land surveyor examination are required; multi state registration is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support Lake Havasu City area surveying documentation and client deliverables aligned with project requirements.
- Coordinate with AEC and field teams to validate site conditions, access constraints, boundaries, easements, and right of way considerations.
- Maintain schedule discipline, professional communication, and quality control for hybrid field and remote documentation workflows.
- Prepare or review boundary and retracement survey support materials.
- Support ALTA/NSPS land title survey coordination and due diligence deliverables.
- Support topographic survey documentation for Lake Havasu City, Arizona and nearby Arizona sites.
- Apply the Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards and applicable Arizona statutes to boundary, monumentation, and record of survey work.
- Research and document Public Land Survey System evidence where it controls project boundaries.
- Support platting, site verification, and record drawing coordination where applicable.
Requirements
- Active Land Surveyor registration in good standing with the Arizona Board of Technical Registration.
- Successful completion of the Arizona state specific land surveyor examination.
- B.S. in Geomatics or an equivalent combination of land surveying education and experience.
- Working knowledge of the Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards, Public Land Survey System research, monumentation, and applicable recording requirements.
- Ability to sign, date, and seal Arizona survey documents when required by the project scope and applicable law.
- Located in or able to support projects in the Lake Havasu City, AZ market.
- Willing to support hybrid work that may include Lake Havasu City area field visits, remote documentation, and occasional travel for nationwide projects.
