AeroFrohne is expanding its licensed land surveyor partner network in Racine, Wisconsin to support hybrid field and documentation work across the Racine, WI market and nearby Wisconsin project sites. Licensed surveyors in the Racine, WI market are invited to apply.
Role Description
This is an independent contractor Licensed Land Surveyor role for Racine, Wisconsin, supporting AeroFrohne projects through a hybrid mix of Racine-area field coordination and remote documentation. Responsibilities include boundary and retracement survey support, ALTA/NSPS land title survey coordination, topographic survey documentation, platting support, site verification, and deliverables for commercial, residential, civic, campus-adjacent, and infrastructure-oriented projects in the Racine, WI market and nearby Wisconsin sites. Strong communication, schedule discipline, quality control, and the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and field capture teams are required. Active Wisconsin licensure is required; multi-state licensure is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support Racine-area surveying documentation and client deliverables aligned with project requirements.
- Coordinate with AEC and field teams to validate site conditions, access constraints, boundaries, easements, and right-of-way considerations.
- Maintain schedule discipline, professional communication, and quality control for hybrid field and remote documentation workflows.
- Prepare or review boundary and retracement survey support materials.
- Support ALTA/NSPS land title survey coordination and due-diligence deliverables.
- Support topographic survey documentation for Racine, Wisconsin and nearby Wisconsin sites.
- Support platting, site verification, and record drawing coordination where applicable.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Surveyor credential in Wisconsin.
- B.S in Geomatics.
- Located in or able to support projects in the Racine, WI market.
- Willing to support hybrid work that may include Racine-area field visits, remote documentation, and occasional travel for nationwide projects.
- Criminal background investigation required.
