AeroFrohne is expanding its licensed land surveyor partner network in San Antonio, Texas to support hybrid field and documentation work across the San Antonio, TX market and nearby Texas project sites. Licensed surveyors in the San Antonio, TX market are invited to apply.
Role Description
This is an independent contractor Licensed Land Surveyor role for San Antonio, Texas, supporting AeroFrohne projects through a hybrid mix of San Antonio-area field coordination and remote documentation. Responsibilities include boundary and retracement survey support, ALTA/NSPS land title survey coordination, topographic survey documentation, platting support, site verification, and deliverables for commercial, residential, civic, campus-adjacent, and infrastructure-oriented projects in the San Antonio, TX market and nearby Texas sites. Strong communication, schedule discipline, quality control, and the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and field capture teams are required. Active Texas licensure is required; multi-state licensure is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support San Antonio-area surveying documentation and client deliverables aligned with project requirements.
- Coordinate with AEC and field teams to validate site conditions, access constraints, boundaries, easements, and right-of-way considerations.
- Maintain schedule discipline, professional communication, and quality control for hybrid field and remote documentation workflows.
- Prepare or review boundary and retracement survey support materials.
- Support ALTA/NSPS land title survey coordination and due-diligence deliverables.
- Support topographic survey documentation for San Antonio, Texas and nearby Texas sites.
- Support platting, site verification, and record drawing coordination where applicable.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Surveyor credential in Texas.
- B.S in Geomatics.
- Located in or able to support projects in the San Antonio, TX market.
- Willing to support hybrid work that may include San Antonio-area field visits, remote documentation, and occasional travel for nationwide projects.
- Criminal background investigation required.
