AeroFrohne is expanding its licensed land surveyor partner network in Spokane Valley, Washington to support hybrid field and documentation work across the Spokane Valley, WA market and nearby Washington project sites. Licensed surveyors in the Spokane Valley, WA market are invited to apply.
Role Description
This is an independent contractor Licensed Land Surveyor role for Spokane Valley, Washington, supporting AeroFrohne projects through a hybrid mix of Spokane Valley-area field coordination and remote documentation. Responsibilities include boundary and retracement survey support, ALTA/NSPS land title survey coordination, topographic survey documentation, platting support, site verification, and deliverables for commercial, residential, civic, campus-adjacent, and infrastructure-oriented projects in the Spokane Valley, WA market and nearby Washington sites. Strong communication, schedule discipline, quality control, and the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and field capture teams are required. Active Washington licensure is required; multi-state licensure is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support Spokane Valley-area surveying documentation and client deliverables aligned with project requirements.
- Coordinate with AEC and field teams to validate site conditions, access constraints, boundaries, easements, and right-of-way considerations.
- Maintain schedule discipline, professional communication, and quality control for hybrid field and remote documentation workflows.
- Prepare or review boundary and retracement survey support materials.
- Support ALTA/NSPS land title survey coordination and due-diligence deliverables.
- Support topographic survey documentation for Spokane Valley, Washington and nearby Washington sites.
- Support platting, site verification, and record drawing coordination where applicable.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Surveyor credential in Washington.
- B.S in Geomatics.
- Located in or able to support projects in the Spokane Valley, WA market.
- Willing to support hybrid work that may include Spokane Valley-area field visits, remote documentation, and occasional travel for nationwide projects.
- Criminal background investigation required.
