役割の説明Role Description
これは、浜松（日本）のプロジェクトを支援するMatterport Pro3所有者兼オペレーター向けの独立契約者の役割です。Pro3撮影技術者は、Matterport Pro3機材を使用した高品質な3Dデジタル不動産ツアーの作成、現地訪問、正確なLiDAR空間データの取得を担当します。また、Matterportアプリからのデータ管理とアップロードも含まれます。細部への注意、プロジェクト期限の遵守、チームメンバーやクライアントとの専門的なコミュニケーションが日々の重要な業務です。This is an independent contractor role for a Matterport Pro3 owner operator technician supporting projects in Hamamatsu, Japan. The Pro3 capture technician will be responsible for creating high quality 3D digital property tours using Matterport Pro3 equipment, conducting site visits, and capturing accurate LiDAR spatial data. The role also involves managing and uploading data from the Matterport app. Attention to detail, adherence to project timelines, and effective communication with team members and clients are key components of day to day responsibilities.
職務内容Responsibilities
- Matterport Pro3機材を使用して、高品質な3Dデジタル不動産ツアーを作成します。Create high quality 3D digital property tours using Matterport Pro3 equipment.
- 現地訪問を行い、正確なLiDAR空間データを取得します。Conduct site visits and capture accurate LiDAR spatial data.
- Matterportアプリからプロジェクトを管理し、アップロードします。Manage and upload projects from the Matterport application.
- 細部への注意、期限遵守、専門的なコミュニケーションを維持します。Maintain attention to detail, timeline adherence, and professional communication.
