AeroFrohne is seeking independent contractor Matterport Pro3 technicians in Moore Haven, Florida, for on-site 3D property tours and LiDAR capture at authorized residential and commercial properties.
Role Description
Bring your Matterport Pro3 capture experience to Moore Haven in Glades County, on the southwest shoreline of Lake Okeechobee. This contractor role involves coordinating property access, planning connected scan positions, checking capture coverage, and uploading complete digital twins through the Matterport app. Assignments are confirmed individually based on client requirements, property access, and your availability.
Moore Haven project area: Work is limited to authorized residential and commercial properties within the City of Moore Haven. Military bases, correctional facilities, tribal reservations, and other restricted properties are excluded. Confirm the site address and property permission with AeroFrohne before each visit.
Compensation: Pay is project-based, with projects starting at $90 per project. Please see individual project details for more information, as scope and requirements vary for each project.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Moore Haven property access with clients and site managers before each scheduled visit.
- Operate the Matterport Pro3 to capture high-fidelity 3D and LiDAR spatial data.
- Check connected scan positions, room coverage, and capture completeness before leaving the property.
- Add necessary metadata, tags, labels, and details within the scanned space.
- Manage project files and upload the final digital twin to the Matterport cloud application.
- Maintain attention to detail, timeline adherence, and professional communication.
Requirements
- Own a Matterport Pro3.
- Have practical Matterport Pro3 capture experience, including field capture and delivery of digital twins or LiDAR-based spatial data.
- Sign an NDA.
- Pass a criminal background investigation.
- Provide accurate project availability.
- Submit a resume URL and sample Matterport scan URL during application.
- No formal degree is required.
