職務說明Role Description
此職務是為支援桃園市, 台灣專案的 Matterport Pro3 擁有者與操作技術員所設計的獨立承攬合作。Pro3 擷取技術員將負責使用 Matterport Pro3 設備建立高品質 3D 數位房地產導覽、進行現場拜訪，並擷取精準的 LiDAR 空間資料。此角色也包含從 Matterport 應用程式管理與上傳資料。注重細節、遵守專案時程，以及與團隊和客戶保持有效且專業的溝通，是日常工作的關鍵。This is an independent contractor role for a Matterport Pro3 owner operator technician supporting projects in Taoyuan City, Taiwan. The Pro3 capture technician will be responsible for creating high quality 3D digital property tours using Matterport Pro3 equipment, conducting site visits, and capturing accurate LiDAR spatial data. The role also involves managing and uploading data from the Matterport app. Attention to detail, adherence to project timelines, and effective communication with team members and clients are key components of day to day responsibilities.
工作職責Responsibilities
- 使用 Matterport Pro3 設備製作高品質 3D 數位房地產導覽。Create high quality 3D digital property tours using Matterport Pro3 equipment.
- 前往現場並擷取精準的 LiDAR 空間資料。Conduct site visits and capture accurate LiDAR spatial data.
- 在 Matterport 應用程式中管理並上傳專案。Manage and upload projects from the Matterport application.
- 注重細節、遵守專案時程，並保持專業溝通。Maintain attention to detail, timeline adherence, and professional communication.
條件要求Requirements
- 必須擁有 Matterport Pro3。Own a Matterport Pro3.
- 能夠簽署保密協議。Sign an NDA.
- 能夠通過犯罪背景調查。Pass a criminal background investigation.
