Role Description
This is an indepeneding contractor based role for a Licensed Architect in the United States, supporting AeroFrohne projects. Responsibilities include architectural support for documentation, coordination, QA/QC, and deliverables aligned with client requirements. Strong communication, schedule discipline, and the ability to work collaboratively with multi disciplinary teams are required. Multi State licensure is a big plus
Responsibilities
- Support AeroFrohne projects as an independent contractor Licensed Architect for commercial, residential, AEC, real estate, facilities, and reality capture driven scopes.
- Review project information, client requirements, field data, scan deliverables, photos, measurements, point clouds, floor plans, and BIM/CAD outputs for architectural completeness and usability.
- Assist with architectural documentation, code informed review, design coordination, existing conditions interpretation, and deliverable QA/QC.
- Coordinate with AeroFrohne, clients, consultants, engineers, surveyors, contractors, and other project stakeholders to clarify scope, assumptions, constraints, and deliverable expectations.
- Provide professional review comments on architectural drawings, floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, roof plans, elevations, sections, site-related documentation, and existing condition models when requested.
- Support Scan to BIM, as-built documentation, renovation planning, due diligence, permitting support packages, and owner/client coordination packages.
- Identify missing information, field conflicts, constructability concerns, code coordination issues, and items requiring further verification before final delivery.
- Help align architectural deliverables with project scope, client standards, applicable jurisdictional requirements, and professional practice expectations.
- Maintain clear written communication, organized markups, schedule discipline, and professional documentation for each assigned project.
- When required by project scope and allowed by licensure, provide sealed or reviewed architectural deliverables in accordance with applicable laws, board rules, and professional standards.
