Role Description

This is an independent contractor based role for a Licensed Surveyor in the United States, supporting AeroFrohne projects nationwide. Responsibilities include survey support for site verification, documentation, and deliverables aligned with client requirements. Strong communication, schedule discipline, and the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and field capture teams are required. Multi-state licensure is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support surveying documentation and client deliverables aligned with project requirements.
  • Coordinate with AEC and field teams to validate site conditions and resolve constraints.
  • Maintain schedule discipline, professional communication, and quality control.
  • Boundary & retracement surveys.
  • ALTA/NSPS land title surveys.
  • Topographic surveys.
  • Platting.

Requirements

  • Active Licensed Surveyor (state license in the USA).
  • Willing to support AeroFrohne projects
  • Criminal background investigation required.
  • Provide resume URL and sample work/portfolio URL.
