Licensed Surveyor
AeroFrohne is expanding a nationwide surveyor partner network to support boundary/ALTA deliverables, field verification, and program execution. Licensed surveyors across the USA are invited to apply.
Role Description
This is an independent ontractor based role for a Licensed Surveyor in the United States, supporting AeroFrohne projects nationwide. Responsibilities include survey support for site verification, documentation, and deliverables aligned with client requirements. Strong communication, schedule discipline, and the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and field capture teams are required. Multi-state licensure is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support surveying documentation and client deliverables aligned with project requirements.
- Coordinate with AEC and field teams to validate site conditions and resolve constraints.
- Maintain schedule discipline, professional communication, and quality control.
- Assist AeroFrohne with RFQs/RFPs requiring licensed survey support.
- Boundary & retracement surveys.
- ALTA/NSPS land title surveys.
- Topographic surveys.
- Platting.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Surveyor (state license in the USA).
- Willing to support projects nationwide (remote first; occasional travel may be required).
- Criminal background investigation required.
