Role Description
This is an independent contractor, project based field capture role for a Leica BLK360 owner operator. Technicians plan tripod positions and scan density, capture complete colorized 3D point clouds and HDR spherical imagery, perform on site quality control, manage scanner data, and support registration and downstream CAD, BIM, and existing conditions workflows.

- Operate Leica BLK360 imaging laser scanners to capture colorized 3D point clouds and HDR spherical imagery.
- Plan tripod positions, scan density, and field coverage for complete existing conditions capture.
- Perform on site quality control and manage scanner data for registration and downstream CAD, BIM, and reality capture workflows.
- Maintain attention to detail, timeline adherence, and professional communication.
Requirements
- Own a Leica BLK360 G2 or BLK360 SE.
- Sign an NDA.
- Pass Criminal background investigation.
