Role Description

This is an indepenedent contractor based remote role for a Matterport Pro3 owner operator technician. The Pro3 capture technician will be responsible for creating high quality 3D digital property tours using Matterport Pro3 equipment, conducting site visits, and capturing accurate LiDAR spatial data. The role also involves managing, uploading data from the Matterport app. Attention to detail, adherence to project timelines, and effective communication with team members and clients are key components of day to day responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Create high quality 3D digital property tours using Matterport Pro3 equipment.
  • Conduct site visits and capture accurate LiDAR spatial data.
  • Manage and upload projects from the Matterport application.
  • Maintain attention to detail, timeline adherence, and professional communication.

Requirements

  • Own a Matterport Pro3.
  • Sign an NDA.
  • Pass Criminal background investigation.
