Role Description
This is an independent contractor opportunity for a Matterport Pro3 owner-operator supporting projects in Achern, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The technician creates complete 3D property tours, conducts site visits, captures LiDAR spatial data, reviews capture quality before leaving, and manages cloud uploads. Reliable scheduling and professional communication are essential.
Compensation: €90 per hour; final terms depend on each project's scope and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D digital property tours using a Matterport Pro3.
- Coordinate site access and capture accurate LiDAR spatial data.
- Review alignment, room coverage, image quality, and model completeness before leaving.
- Manage uploads through the Matterport platform and communicate project status clearly.
Requirements
- Own a working Matterport Pro3 and compatible mobile capture device.
- Provide a resume URL and a sample Matterport scan URL.
- Sign an NDA.
