For an assigned guest-accommodation capture in San Clemente, confirm room availability and keys with the manager. Plan a connected route through the approved rooms and shared corridors while respecting guests’ privacy.
Agree how inaccessible rooms and capture limitations will be recorded.
Review the completed model against the agreed room list before leaving.
Compensation: Pay is project-based, with projects starting at $75 USD per project. Scope, requirements and the agreed fee are confirmed for each assignment. Project volume is not guaranteed.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate authorized access and capture times with the property contact.
- Operate your Matterport Pro3 and review scan alignment, connected coverage and room labels.
- Check the model for missing rooms and private information before delivery.
- Upload and organize project files, and communicate progress or access limitations.
Requirements
- Own a Matterport Pro3.
- Sign a nondisclosure agreement (NDA).
- Provide a resume link and a sample Matterport scan link.
